 FAQ:Q: Is it customized cardboard display ? A: Yes, dimensions, shape, printings and patterns are customized. Q: MOQ? A: 1 unit. Q: Free sample ? A: No, but sample fee will be refunded in bulk order. Q: Can cardboard display hold heavy products? A: Yes, According to your cases, we will reinforce the display with iron tubes and thicker/stronger cardboard and with special constructure to hold the weight stably. Q: Lead time for sample and mass production? A: Using auto-cutting sampling machine, the normal lead time for blank white sample is 1~2 days, printed sample is 3~5 days and the bulk order is 15-20 days upon everything approved. Q: How will my order be packed, Can you provide the assembling service? A: Flat Packed, or You can have your Displays Pre Filled with merchandises and then fully built & packed. Flat-packed: Pack 1 or several sets of displays in one carton with assembly instruction sheet. Pre-filled & packed: (1) We send the fully-built displays to customer's factory for them to fill with the goods. (2) Or customer's suppliers send the goods to us and then we build the display and fill with the goods, and send the displays directly to customer. Q: How do I know my product will arrive safely to my customers? A: We manages the flow of materials from concept through delivery. We are strict performer of quality control in accordance with IS09001:2008 Certificate. Our QC department will take the inspection before shipment, the QC report with results and relevant pictures will be sent to you.
