When we are talking about cardboard pallet display, we know it is a big Display rack that put in the supermarket and help to promote products, but it‘s an economic way for saving money in China, so many oversea companies purchase these cardboard pallet display from China, and ship to their countries, but how to pack them safely ? There are two methods that used widely:
Every cardboard floor standing display can be designed to pack flat, normally a cardboard pallet display consists of header card, main body, shelves, base and other accessories, then we print, laminate it, mount and glue them to make sure they can be a whole, then put them into a master outer carton, when they arrive, receiver will follow the instruction sheet to build them up, using this way, it would save a lot of space in container in sea shipment, and freight cost would be much lower accordingly.
If labor cost is very high in customer’s country, and their products are also imported from China, then assemble the display and put products in, then ship out, will be a better choice, in order to make sure its safety and protected, Sino Printing and Packaging will use a big outer carton and put it on the paper pallet with corner protector, then will be protected and safely for shipping and transportation.
