| Answer: Yes, dimensions, shape and art printings can be customized in accordance with your requirements. |

| Q: Free sample ? |
| Answer: Yes, we make free sample for regular customers, and only charge designing fee for new customers, this fee will be refunded in bulk order. |
| Q: Can cardboard floor display stand hold heavy products ? |
| Answer: Yes, according to your product weight, we will reinforce the cardboard floor display with iron tubes and thicker/stronger cardboard and special construction design to hold the weight stably and durable. |
| Q: Lead time for sampling and mass production? |
| Answer: Using auto-cutting sampling machine, the normal lead time for blank white sample is 1~2 days, printed sample is 3~5 days and the bulk order is 15-20 days upon everything approved. |
| Q: How will my order be packed, can you provide the assembling service? |
| Answer: Yes, assembling service is not a problem, but we suggest Flat Packed in order to save shipping cost. |
| For assembling service, we usually provide two solutions: (1) We send the fully-built displays to customer's factory for them to fill with the goods and ship. (2) Customers send us the goods and we build the display and fill the goods in our plant, then we ship the fully-built displays with goods inside directly to customers. |
| Q: How do I know my product will arrive safely to my customers? |
| Answer: We have an extremely strict quality control system in accordance with IS09001:2008 Certificate. Our QC team will do inspection during production and prior to shipment, the QC report with photos will be sent to you for approval. We are able to delivery the goods to all over the world, and guarantee the goods is safely and speedy delivered to designated location. |
| Q: Do you provide door to door(DDP) service? |
| Answer: Yes, we have cooperated with UPS/FEDEX/DHL for many years, we can DDP ship to nearly all countries in the world. |
