Q: Is it custom made cardboard display ?
A: Yes, dimensions and printings are customized.
 
Q: MOQ?
A: 1 unit.
 
Q: Which countries do your customers come from ?
A: America, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, UK, Asia, South America, etc.
 
Q: Free sample ?
A: No, we only charge design cost, but sample fee will be refunded in bulk order.
 
Q: Can cardboard floor display stand hold heavy products ?
A: Yes, according to your product weight, we will reinforce the cardboard floor display with iron tubes and thicker/stronger cardboard and special construction design to hold the weight stably and durable.
 
Q: Lead time for sample and mass production?
A: Using auto-cutting sampling machine, the normal lead time for blank white sample is 1~2 days, printed sample is 3~5 days and the bulk order is 15-20 days upon everything approved.
 
Q: How will my order be packed, can you provide the assembling service?
A: 1. Flattened Packed.
2. Fully built & Pre-filled & packed:  (1) We send the fully-built displays to customer's factory for them to fill with the goods. (2) Customer sends the goods to us and we build the display and fill with the goods in our plant, and we send the displays with goods directly to customer. 
 
Q: How do I know my product will arrive safely to my customers?
A: We have an extremely strict quality control system in accordance with IS09001:2008 Certificate. Our QC team will do the inspection during the production and prior to shipment, the QC report with photos will be sent to you for approval. We are able to delivery the goods to all over the world, we can guarantee the goods is safely and speedy delivered to designated location.
 
Q: Do you provide door to door service?
A: Yes, we have cooperated with DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT for many years, they can deliver your products safely and timely to all over the world.
